Par. 2 refers to the Hong Kong Loan Order. It is written under misapprehension. In the latest Edition of the Laws (you had evidently consulted an earlier one) in the short title clause, Conv. fish & form 81. Therefore the reference is to section 3.

Correct in the Order, section 3 bearing to old section 2.

I had already noticed this - that the direction received in par. 3 is sufficient to base the rest of my argument.

I would like to withdraw/rewrite the letter.

It should be handed to Stolley on 6.4.1895.

My letter was heard on 31/1. I want to say that it was by Stolley. It was incorrect to say that by Stolley in the 2nd Lahm edition.
